Preschool Staff

    Melissa has been teaching at Create-A-World Preschool since 2021. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry Business from UW Eau Claire and her Early Childhood Education Degree from CVTC.

    Katy received her bachelors degree in early childhood education with a kindergarten endorsement from Butler University in Indianapolis. She has also taken classes towards a masters degree in special education and worked as a special education aide in an elementary school.

    She taught four years as a kindergarten teacher, then stayed home to raise her three children. After moving to Eau Claire in 2006, she enrolled her youngest in Create-A-World Preschool. In 2008, she taught the afternoon class, and in 2009 she became the director of the preschool.
